DELIVERY: We will always aim to get your goodies despatched within 48 hours from receipt of order, and they should be received by you within 5-7 days, however, at busy times of the year i.e the run up to Christmas, this may take a little longer, please bear this in mind! In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of an indication of when it will be available.

POST & PACKAGING: Postage and Packing charges are for UK mainland only. Please telephone us for a price for overseas or BFPO.

RETURNS:
If you wish to return an item you are not completely satisfied with, we will happily exchange it or refund your money with 7 days of receipt of the goods (provided that they are returned unopened and in their original packaging.) When sending a return, please return it with its original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage and packing costs, the parcel & its return costs are your responsibility until it reaches us. A certificate of posting is recommended. Your statutory rights are not affected.
